WELLINGTON, AugllSt 30. Tliere was 110 comment from either side of the House or from Mr Speaker, when the Leader of the Opposition, Mr Holiand, during formal business in the Ho«se of Representatives today, gave notice of his intention to move next sitting day ' ' that this House disagrees with the decision of Mr Speaker on August 26, in refusing to allow any discussion on the Holmes satchel incident and that his ruling that any such discussion wouid be a breach of standing order 179, v/as erroneous and ought therefore to be reversed. ' ' Before the House rose, the Prime Minister, replying to Mr. Holiand, said tjiiere would be no ministerial answers to questions circnlated tomorrow. It was not likeiy that the Leader of the Opposition's notice of motion to disagree witBrMr. Speaker 's ruling, would receive consideration tomorrow either. He had heen looking up similar notices of motion and he thought. Mr. Holiand 's would have to take its chance on the order paper. Mr. Holiand: I take it that it won't be taken tomorrow. Mr. Fraser: No, not tomorrow.
