The f riends -of Mr. H. L. Norris will be pleased to hear that he is now very much improved in health and is shortly leaving to spend a convalescent holiday at Auckland. At the annual meeting of the Shannon Horse Sports Club held reeently, Mr. S. W. Barber, of Moutoa, was re-eleeted presidenf for the coming year. > -
