The Shannon Domain, was the scene of much activity on Tuesday when Messrs P. K. Robinson and S. L. Graham, with the aid of bulldozers and mole-ploughs, mole drained the entire playing field. Enthusiastic members of the football club also assisted in this work and it is hobed that now sufficient drainage will be had .to carry away the heavies.t of rains, and that the playing area wiU be usable all the time. The town's thanks are due to those who have given their lafoour and the use of their machinery free of cha^e for the betterment of the domain.
