WELLINGTON, July 19. A tribute to the efforts of the directors of the Foxton Woolpack Company, was paid hy Mr. W. A. Sheat (Opnosition — Patea) during a sneech in the House of Eepresentatives tonight. * Mr. Sheat said that the Govemment paid in £150,000 of capithl httt it liad not attempted to oust private shareholders. The efforts of the nonollicial, directbrs had pulled the corripany ont of near bankruptcy and made it a successful industry.
