Seven chains of hare, rocky hillside looking down on to the niotorway ttirough tlie Manawatu Gorge has become a serious danger to traffic becanse of constantly descendnig rocks, and until the menace is removed the Gorge v/ill remain closed to all traffic. This information was nniKmneed last night hy the Works l'opartment overseer at the Gorge, Mr. C. Olivecrona. Mr. Olivecrona said -that it was fxtremely fortnnate there had been no serious accident because of the fn'hng boitlders.
