TOKIO, July 16. Ten people were killed and at least seven injured when three unmanned suburban rail carriages mvsteriously rolled out of the train sheds at Mitaka station, Tokio, and carcered driverless doAvn the street. They jumped the rails, crushed the police box outside the station and then zig-zaggetl down the •street destroying houses and knocking down pedestrians. Police are in vestigating the incident, which heightcned the tension following the mass dismissal of 95,000 Government rail cmplovees.
