FAST JUNIOR GAME
The two leaders in the junior competition, Punahau and Athletic, t'ought a draw, 3—3, at the Levin Park Domain. „ The game was a particularly fast one, with the backs of both teams getting plenty of the ball. B. Law kicked a penalty for Athletic and Manuel scored Punahau's only try. Actually 'the Punahau team appear.ed unluckv not to have won, but grand defensive play by'the Athletic team proved too strong. Among those who were prominent during the game were Dooley, Cameron, Gwynn, McMinn, Hills and Wi'son. Nahona, Williams, Wilson and Kingi were the pick of the Punahau team.
