NO WET CANTEENS
WELLINGTON, July 14. There "will be no wet canteens in the army training camps for the young men doing compulsory military training, if the referendum is earried. This statenrent was made today by the Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, who said the law for prohibiting the sale of iiquor to those under 21 years of age, wTould be strietly enforced.
