Further Amenities For Motor Camp
Last night's meeting of the Otaki Borough Council sanctioned the purchase of a steel hut 36ft. by 16ft. for erection as a cookhouse at the Tasman Beach motor camp. The estima'ied cost of the hut when erected was £250, and much voluntary help has been promised. An estimate tabled by Mr. A. W Buxton of the cost of planting the centre knoll, and of completing and tarring paths, amounted- to £79. This was approved also.
