Security Zones In Event Of War

Received Sunday, 7 p.m. GENEVA, July 9. Government delegates drafting new rules of war, agreed that nations may pet up security zones to shelter women, children, wounded, aged and sick. The vote was taken in the tommittee of the 00-nation conference which is drawing up a new Red Cross treatv to protect civilians in any future war. A proposed annexe which stated that all zones shall be small areas removed from all military ohjectives., was leferred back to the drafting committee.
