Council Raises Rentals For Regent Hall
> c Future hirers of the Regent social hall, supper room and kitchen will be required to pay a- rental of £4 for daylight functions and £6 for evening functions. The dividing period is 5 p.m. This was the recommendation brought down by a special committee . of the Levin Borough Councih set up to review the charges in the.light of the re;cent renovations and additional facilities provided. The eharge for the hall only is £2 and' £4 respectively, supper room only £1 and £1 10s. and supper room and kitchen, £2 and £2 10s. Rentals must be paid at the time of booking. A list of conditions has a,lso been drawn up and these are to be displayed in the hall and will also be available at the council's ofHce.
