An enraged hnsband killed four peTsons and wounded eight. others in a gun battle at Rudburv, Ontario, last night. before he was killed by a hail of bullets from the poliee who surrounded the lionse in wliich he had barricaded himsel f. Clarence Brosseau, of Sudbury, was killed as he .stopped from his hguse av'iIi rifle lilazing, after holding off a small army of poliee, Roval (^anadian Mounties and Rpecial constables, for two hours. The poliee said Brosseau had quarreled with liis wife who Ifeft hnnie and returned with a brother-in-law. Brosseau took a shot at the approaching bruther-iii-law and then Wien berserk.
