Five Injured In Crash Near National Park

TAUMARUNUI, June 17._ Before noon to-day a head-on collision between two motor ears on a oneway bridge half a mile south of National Park town caused severe injuries to live persons. The cars were driven by Mr. Keith Melville Hiekson, - Rosetta Road, Raumati, coming north, and -by Mrl David Bernard Horrobin, of Ohariu Valley, Johnsonville, going south. Both drivers weres slightly injured. Mr. Horrobin 's mother and father, Cela Daisy and Arthur Horrobin, sustained serious. injuries to the head and Mr. Hiekson 's wife, Marion Eliza Hiekson, is also in a serious condition, suffering from a broken ann and ribs.
