Tropical Island For £100
The uninhabited tropical island in the Fijian Group which has been much in the news of late has been purchased by a well-known Pahiatua farmer in partnership with a local business man and one other. Final arrangements will he made next week. The fourteen acres complete with fruit trees, coconut palms, etc., was purchased for £100. One attractive .feature of the island is that tnere are no rates or income tax collected.
