Foreign Ministers Abandon Secret Meetings
Received Tuesday, 10.7 a.m. . PARIS, June 6. The Big Four Foreign Ministers have decided to abandon secret meetings and wilUmeet in plenary session tomorrow. This was announced affler their third secret session today when they resumed discussion of United "States and Soviet plans for Berlin. Today's meeting, which lasted just over an hour, was followed by a curt communique indicating that no basis for agreement on the Berlin question had been found.
