The Palish liner Batory sailed for Southampton today after her crew had been cleared of any imphcafcion in Gerhard Eisler's escape from the United States. The liner had been under close scrutiny by immigration authorities since she docked last Saturday. Visitors were barred today from the Batory on which Eisler, the Communist agent, fied from the United States on May 6 by buying a 25-cent visitor's tickst Twenty immigration patrolmen today checked the passengers' tickets at least three times bef ore they were allowed aboard the ship.
