. o WELLINGTON, June 2. In announcing his selections for the King's Day holiday matches agains! Manawatu and Marlborough, Wellington 's Rugby selector (Mr R. B. Burlce;, has indicated a clear preference for players in form rather than those vrith reputations. Clear evidence of this is to be found in the fact that two prominent representative forwards of last season, Crist and Lloyd, are only emergencies for the Manawatu match.
