AUCKLAND, April 28. A second art union prize of £500 will enable specialist treatment for Dftvid Lyons, aged 13, who fell from a bicycle seven .years ago and twisted his spine. David's father, of Campbell's Bay, had taken many other tickets. While buying the lucky ticket at an Auckland bookstall, the wind overturned the top ticket so he took the next one:
