MR. FRASER'S GOODWILL MESSAGE
WELLINGTON, April 19. The hope that the friendly relationi existing between New -Zealand and tue new Republie of Ireland would be fully maintained, is expressed in a telegram sent by the Prime Alinister, Alr. Fraser. to the Prime Alinister of Eire, Alr. Costello. The telegram reads as follows: "On the oceasion of the entry into foree of the Republie of Ireland Act, in conveying to you and your Gov ernment most cordial greetings from the GoVernment of New Zealand, 1 should like to reaffirm our hope thit the friendly relations existing between our twb eountries will be fully main tained and that the free association of Ireland with all eountries of the BritiGi Commonwealth will continue to be marked by close cooperation, mutual conlidence and the spirit of goodwill. "
