The smoothness with which the outfitting plans were carried out today when all but the Auckland members reached Wellington, reflected the highest credit on the work of the outfitting sub-committee of the N.Z.R.U. In addition a doetor was visited . for the final medical overhaul. Having disposed of this in good time, the players indicated their keenness to get down to the more serious side of the tour by taking part in a training run at Athletie Park in the afternoon, The New Zealand Rugby Union has left nothing undone in the equipping of the team. The gear providfid is likely to cost about £1800.
