United Natious Relief and Kehabilitation Administralion whicli ended its relief prognunme on Keptember 30, 1918, today released the linal accounting with the windmg-up of its affairs as at March 31 by a special eommittee.i Tlie ligures disclo.sed that IJnrra took in 3,90S,0U0,i)0() dollars in eash or commodities and woiuid up with 40,000 dollars which it turned over to United Nations International Children 's Einer geney Fund. The largest contributor was the United States with 2,008,000,000 dollars. Xext caine Britain with 617, OOO.dOO dollars and Canada with 138,000,000 dollars. Tlie biggest relief grant of 526,600,000 dollars went to China.
