Junior Labour Party's Meeting
The annuai meetihg of the Levih Junior Labour Party this week saw a fair attendance of members. The report of the' branch's vaetivities since. its inauguration in October disclosed a healthy credit balancfe. This was due to the excellent teamwork of members, who had organised a series of Successful functions. The president, Mr. ian JUno, thankefl all members for their co-operation during the past year, remarking that he looked forward to another ,-year of simiiar achievement. An invitation* to Mr. Juno to accept the position of president for a further term was dechfted, and his lesignation was accepted with regret. The following officers were electe'd for the ensuing year:— President: Mr. Myles Murray; Secretary-treasurer: MiSs Heather Fyfe; executiVe: Misses . Shirley Brigg^ ahd Alison Joll ahd Messrs. ' Ray Hazelwood, , Malcolm. Smith and Ian Juno. A strong social and sports committee was .'set up. The meeting concluded with a tasty supper dispensed by the social' Goiiifnittee. i ■
