Allied Governors In Germany Fail To Agree
LONDON, March 16. The three Western Military Governors in Germany failed to agree today about a German proposal to allow the Gesvman populations of the adjourning French and United States occupied areas to decide for or against u*ion in a single State, says Reuter's Frankfurt correspondent. The proposal, which was submitted by 11 German Prime Ministers last October, raises the issue of the form of Allied1 Contro lin a State where different occupying Powers overlap. The proposal will be referred1 to the three Allied Governments.
