Berlin Air Lift One Of World's Marvels

Received Sunday, 7 p.m, BERLIN, March 5. Mr. Attlee began his inspeetion of the Berlin air lift today. He went to the American Templehof nirport with the British Miiitary Governor, General Robertson. He deseribed the air lift as "one of the wonders of the world. There ha? never been anything like this." Mr. Attlee met Berlin 's Mayor, Herr Ernst Reuter, and leading German offieials. They discussed, among other things, the possible introduction of the Western mark in West Berlin and the recent Allied refusal to incorporate the city in the coming West German Republjc, Ernst Reuter said he was very satisiied with the result of the talk.
