Received Sunday, 7 p.m. BRLSHANE, March 6. "The British and Amerieans are getting out of China while the going is good," said Mr. ltichard Hannigan, an official of the British Australia Tobacco Company, who arrived at Brisbane from Ilong Kong vesterday.
