GREYMOUTH, March 1. The Greymouth watersiders today took a second day off as a protest against the decision of the Waterftont Industry Authority on their wages claim. In comrnon with the action .at the major ports, the. local water.front was idle on February 14 following the authority's decision to grant a 2£d rise, whereas one shilling an hour had been claimed. Two colliers and the Australian timber ship Matthew Flinders were idle today as a result" of the local decision, which is reported to have been unanimous.
