Mrs. W. D. Thomas, of Weraroa Road, Levin, and Mrs. C. S. Keedwell, of Bath Street, have arrived back after an extended visit | to England and the Continent. I At the annual meeting of the Levin Golf Club las: night, mention was made of the recent passing oi one of its oldest members, Mr. W. F. Ryder, who was associated witn the club since its earliest days. Members stood in silence to exprestheir sympathy with Mr. Ryder 's relatives.
