.GISBORNE,. Feb. 23. . Found lying on the footoath in the main street last night in an unconscious condition and bleeding from a head injury, Kuki Green, aged 48, a Maori,. was admitted to
the Cook Hospital in a serious condition. I A companion told the police that .the injured man hadi' been struek I on the chin by a passerby.
