HOT DAYS DOWN SOUTH
, DUNEDIN, Feb. 7. Dunedin is sweltering under one of the hottest periods in memory. After reaehing a maximum of 84.9 degrees in the shade on Saturday, the temperature soared to 92.2 yesterday when 13 hours 8 minutes of sunshine were recorded. The heat wave showed no sign of abat ing this morning when the temperature figure was 89.
