INVERCARGILL, Feb. 7. The heat wave in Invercargill, with high humidity, provided problems during the weekend for Wirths .Cireuswhen one of the bears collapsed but was revived with liberal dousings of water. A Great Dane belonging to the circus signalled the occasion by giving birth to 13 pups. The combination of heat and humidity is a record in Invercargill, the shade temperature registered yesterday bejng 88 degrees and today at 1 p.m. it wac 79 degrees.
