Rugby Union To Overhaul Its Rules

The Horo whenua Rugby. Union is considering an overhaul of its coiistitution and rules, and in order to receive and consider suggestions will hold a special general meeting on Tuesday, March 8." Clubs will shortly be circularised and requested to submit in writing any suggestions in re^ard to alterations or amendments, and these must be in the hands of the secretary by Tuesday, February 22. The intentions of Foxton and Awahau clubs for the coming season are still obscure, but the union has included them in its circular letter, regarding them as prospective members of the local union.
