Rep Cricket Team For Cup Quest
The selectors have announced the team which will represent the Horowhenua Cricket Association against Southern Hawke's Bay, at ( Dannevirke on January 24, in the jmatch for the Gordfinch and Cousins' Cup. This challenge cup is for competition between severai minor associat'ons, including Horowhenua, Feilding, Manawatu B, Southern Hawkes Bay, Wairarapa and Bush. The holders, Hawke's Bay, have maintained title to the cup for some two years. Last seasori, Horowhenua lost their challenge and it now remains to see- if the team given below can wrest the trophy from the Hawke's Bay side. 'ihe team .s: — H. Rice (Otaki),
who is captain; F. Baumber, K. Hudson, W. Galloway and R. Judd (Levin) ; G. Sciascia and E. Barraud (Old Boys) ; A. Saunders and R. Keenan (Weraroa) ; B. Harris and T. Fuller (Shannon) ; and J. Lovebridge (Paraparaumu) . The above are to be at the Levin Post Office at 8 a.m. oh the morning of thegame. ■
