REFUSED TO DISCLOSE PRICE
Received Tuesday, 9.40 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 10. The Carlton Hotel Company refused to disclose the price the New Zealand Government paid for the lease of the Carlton site, one of the most valuable in London. The lease will expire in October, 1970.
