The stock classes should be particularly good.' this year, there being 240 in all, 15 more than for the last show. The indicatlons are that there will be strong competition between the Jersey' and Ayrshire purebreds for the big- ' gest entry in the cattle section,In the horse section the , open jumping, for which prize money totalling £75 has been offered, should prdve one of the most outstanding attractions for the public, and it is- expected that the cream pi the -North. Island's jumpers will be present. ,The young farmers are reminded tii the classes for their stock and the •committee is confident that bumper entries will be forthcoming from the future land holders of district. Buckleton and R. Law, and also two eight-horse teams, one being exhibited bv a local campetitor. During the show the president, Mr. J.
