It was also decided to adVOrtise thte council's intention of considering a hiotion applying to the Local GoVerriment Loans Board for its sanction to raise a loan when the required 'informa- v. tlon was to haild. The last plan on sewerage for Levin was submitted by Messrs. , Vickerman and Lancaster in May, 1944; The estimated cost for an area of acres was - then £74,000;
