A Standby Dressing For Summer Salads
Just the thing to keep as a standby to serve with summer salads is a bottled salad dresising. Here is a good recipe: — 1 tatolespoon onion juice, 1 teaIspoon mixed mustard with a little jvinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tea■spoon Worcester sauce, 1 teaspoon ■anchovy sauce, 1 tablespoon vine[gar, 10 tablespoons sala-d oil, salt iand pepper. | Mix first three ingredients well : together then add others with ithe Salad oil last. Mix all ! thoroughly and bottle for -storage. ■ , When required add some of mix- - ture to rich milk and serve. It ,will keep for months.
