Saturday will see summer sports bodies of the district continue with their competition games. The arrangements are as under: — Cricket Senior: Foxton v. Old Boys, at Levin Park Domain No. 1; Weraroa v. Coilege, at Levin Park Domain No. 2* Levin v. Paraparaumu, at Paraparaumu; Otaki v. Shannon, at Otaki. Junior: Coilege A v. Foxton, at Foxton; Otaki v. Kuku, at Kuku; Coilege B, a bye. Softball Men: Pirates v. Kimberley, at Kimberley, 2 p.m., Mr. Guy; Wanderers v. Achilles, at. Training Centre, 3 p.m.; Punahau v. Ajax, at Levin, 10 a.m., Mr. J. Gardiner; Raukawa v. Athletic, at Manakau, 2.15 p.m., Mr. Collier. Junior: Colts A. v. Pirates Midgets, at Levin, 2 p.m., Mr. Rose; Colts B v. Achilles, at Training Centre, 2 p.m., Mr. Skilton. Women: Wanderers v. Tuis, at Cambridge Park No. 1. 1.30 p.m., Mr.' Lacey; Punahau v. Aces A, at Cambridge Park No. 3, 2 p.m., Mr. Smith; Raukawa v. Kotahitanga, •at , Cambridge Park No. 1. 3 p.m., Mr'. Wildbore. Tennis This week matches in the Manawatu Lawn Tennis Association's C grade competition will be continued. Levin will play Weraroa on the Horowhenua Coilege courts and Foxton will play St. Joseph's at St. JoSeph's. Bowling On Saturday the Central Bowling Club will play the senior and intermediate rinks championships, which were postponed on account of wet weather two weeks ago. The Levin club will commence its rinks competition. The first ro'und will start at 9.30 a.m. and .be followed by the second round at 2 p.m.
