School Where Children Do As They Like
i Received Tuesday, 7 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 30. The 28-year-old Herbert Copping, headmaster of a school where the children are not disciplined but allowed to follow their own inclinations, visualises the day when there will he a shop-steward in every school and children will he ahle to go on strike against their parents and teachers. Mr. Copping, next Friday night, will hold a meeting in a London hall to launch an "International Union of Children" which will he open to hOys and girls from the ages of 5 to 18. He advocated children receiving a 5s weekly family allowance direct instead of from their parents. He thought the youngsters should see any films they liked.
