FOSTER MOTHER CHARGED
MASTERTON, Nov. 15. Charged ^ with the murder of Joseph Frederick Yee Kim, the 18-months-oid Chinese - Maori ehild, Peggy Maaka, alias Phyllis Yee Kim, a Maori, aged 33, and foster mother of the ehild, was remande'd to appear at the Magistrate's Court, Wellington, on Tuesday, November 23, when she appeared in the Masterton Magistrate's Court this morning.
