Received Friday, 10.20 a.m. PARIS, Nov. 4. The United States bluntly told Russia and the Eastern countries that they could not expect " to get any more exports from America so long as their "aggressive action^" threatened the security of other nations. • ■ The United States delegate, vMr. Willard Thorp, told the United Nations Economic Committee that the Pofish charges that United States trade policy discrimlnated against Eastern Europe were baseless. Mr. Thorp said: "The, United States can scarcely be expected to supply out of its limited export ' pbssibilities materials for building up the military potentiai of countries which have openly and repeatedly proclaimed their hostility towards the programmes and, purposes of the Urifted States and other ' peace -loving nations, have failed to co-operate in international efforts to heal the wounds of war and have, through their aggressive actions as well as words, forced- the free nations of the world to adopt appropriate1 measures in the interests of their- own security." . ■ -
