WELLINGTON, Oct. 12. The Court of Appeal today allowed the appeal of William Albertus Stuck against his conviction on a charge of murdering Bertha Bessie Amy Day, who met her death while on a ra'bbit shooting expedition with Stuck last May. The Court of Appeal held that the evidence made manslaughtef a possible means of defence, and consequently this aspect should have been dealt with by the trial Judge in summing up.
