Lady Golfers To Play Final L.G.U.
The . bogey match played by the women members of t'he. Levin Golf Club last week was won by Mrs. H. Bull. This week the final L.G.U. for the season will be played. The draw is as followS : — Mrs. Richards v. Mrs. Nicholson, Mrs. Dickinson v-, Mrs. Ryder, Mrs. H- Black v. Miss Herrick, Mrs. Scott v. Mrs. McLennan, Mrs, Clarke v. Mrs, Frederikson, Mrs. Walker v. Mrs. King, Mrs. Larsen v. Mrs. Travers, Mrs. Denton v. Mrs. Standen, Mrs. Hunter v. marker. At the weekend: Mrs. J. Black v. Mrs. McClune, Mrs. Hastedt v. Mrs. Frank lin, Miss Allen v, Mrs. Porter, Miss Phillips v. Miss Kilsby. Players in t'he first round of the championship flight who have,m°t completed their matehes are disqualified. All matehes must be completed by Saturday week. Mesdames Franklin and Hastedt will play the final of the championships on Saturday as there will be a- visiting team on^ Sunday. Members are reminded that the open day will be held on Thursday, October 21. All those intending to play are asked to advise the captain or secretary.
