French Coal Miners Will Continue Strike
Received Wednesdav, 7 p.m. PARIS. Oct. 6. T.cailers of ihe Coinniunist led French Miners l-'edcrat ion, after talks with the Minister of Industry and Commerce, M. Itobert la Coste, announced that they inlemled to .continue the strike oi 32U1i)tRi miners which is costing the coiuitrv 15s,()(i(l tons of coal daily. The Christian Miners' Federation represent ing 12 per cent. of the miners, issued a sta-tement that its members would not ]>articipate in an unlimited strike.
