Received Monday, 7 p.m. NANKING, Oct. 4. The Right, Wing block of the Legislative Yuan, has tabled a motion which would cause China to break oJ'f diplomatic relations with Russia and denounee the Chinese-Soviet treaty of friendship. The motion stated that the choice before China was whether to align herself with Russia or with United States and listed fresh eharges of "offensivc action" which, it was alleged, Russia had taken against China. The sponsors aid in an addendum, that there was no need to fear "serious consequences" from denouncing the treaty as relations with the Soviet "could not be worse tlian at present."
