United States' Move To Aid China
Received Monday, 7 p.m. WASHINGTON, Oct. 3. A repoi't of the House Foreign AffaH* Sub-eommittee described China as a "deeisive area" in the world tug-of-vvar between Communist Russia and the Democratic Wqst and urged greater fmancial aid and outright military assistance to the Chinese National Government. The report added: "The survival of China as a deinocratic nation, is vital to the safety of aJl democratic nations. ' ' The report said that United States was the sole entity in the world today so endowed with political power, that it could coneeivably extend to China au effective guarantee of territorial and political integrity.
