Prime Ministers' Meeting Next Month.
Received Wednesday, 10.10 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 7. The Prime JVIinisters' conference will begin early in October and last about a fortnight, says Reuter's political correspondent. Mr. Attlee expects to be well enough to participate. The agenda includes talks on defence and trade, with a eomprehensive exchange of views.
