Australia's Second Gift To Britain
Received Monday, 11.25 p.m. CANBERRA, August 30. A recommendation has gone to the Federal Parliamentary Labour Party from Cabinet that in the Budget provision he made for a gift of £10,000,000 to Britain. Caucus is expected to approve the gift. This will he the second gift from Australia, the first being £25,000,000 last year.
