\ Received Mondav, 7 p.m. LONDON, August 30. The Egyptian, llassau Abd el Behim, swain from Gap Gris X:ez to Bt. Mar: garet 's Bav in 17 hours 3.S minutes. Two other Egyptians who entered the water with hiui are still swiniming. Britain 's Tohi Blower has started to swiiii from Sh-akespeare Beach. Dover, to France and back in an attempt to break the cross-Channel record. >
