Louisson, is lto be sold, subject" to the consent - of tlie Land Saies Committee, to the Cliurch of Jesus Clirist of .Latter Day Saints . Mission for , £12,500. It is intended to use .the premises for mission . headquarters and for housing the president, Mr. G. C. Young and his family, and eight of the 17 Mormon niissionaries in the Auckland district. The home is occupied at present by JMrs. Louisson, wife" of the late owner. The sale is expected to represent oue of the biggest single property deals in dollars concluded in reeent years. Arvangements have been made by the Mormon Cliurch liere with its headquarters in Salt Lake City in United States, to provide about 3S,000 dollars t« purchase the property. This sum is said to be additional .to 13,000 doJlars or £4500 which is spent eacli month 011 missionary and other work among the 12,000 Monnons in New Zealana. Mr. Louisson, tlie original owiier, died Iast "year.
