Stevenson, of Taita, has returned home. School Sport At Waikanaej on Frrday, the Otaki State School fifteen proved a little too good for the Waikanae School team, and emerged victors from a keenly contested game by nine points to three: Tries were scored for Otaki by B. Jensen, W. Wilmshurst an-d L. Bevan, whiie H. Fairley kicked a penalty for the home team. Two games of basketball were played and Otaki B won by 10 goals to 4, while the C team suffereci defeat by four goais to fiye. The football team was in charge of Mr. W. H. Townrow, while Miss K. Ked'dell supervised the basketball girls.
